About the Exploration
Join us for a gentle, grounded day exploring Celtic spirituality through prayer, movement, teaching, and time with the natural world. Rooted in the Christian tradition and open to all, this workshop invites participants into a faith that sees God as deeply present in creation, community, and the ordinary moments of life.
This is not a lecture-heavy day, but a participatory and contemplative experience, offering space to listen, reflect, and engage both body and soul.

What the Day Will Include
Meditation
Guided contemplative practices inspired by Celtic Christian prayer, emphasizing attentiveness, presence, and trust in God’s nearness.
Celtic Teaching
Accessible teachings drawn from Celtic Christian tradition, exploring themes such as creation as God’s “first book,” thin places, hospitality, and the sacredness of everyday life.
Sacred Movement
Simple, prayerful movement practices connected to Celtic spirituality, inviting embodied prayer and awareness. No prior experience is necessary.
Forest Church
An introduction to the Forest Church movement, followed by an outdoor worship experience. This portion includes a brief explanatory presentation and a participatory service shaped by nature, scripture, silence, and prayer.
